Incorporation of Companies

     

Administrative fees are included in the above charges for up to ten (10) hours. Time spent an administration in excess of 10 hours annually will be charged to the client at US$250 per hour and clerical time will be charged at US$100 per hour.

 

All expenses and disbursements for telephone calls, faxes, postage and mail-forwarding, photocopying services and other incidental expenses incurred on behalf of clients will be charged to the account of the client.
